Transforming National Defense

The US Military remains mostly unchanged since minor cuts were ordered after the 1993 Bottom-Up Review. Trillions of dollars in spending have brought some minor evolutionary changes, but nothing revolutionary. The Bush Administration skipped two official opportunities to enact change with the Quadrennial Defense Review. G2mil has specific recommendations to rapidly transform the U.S. military. None of this involves more money or more research.
